Store Policies

Online Ordering:
Please feel free to order from our secure shopping cart 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you need to contact us please send us an e-mail at info@katelynskreations.com If you need to speak with Customer Service our office hours are Monday thru Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. We can be reached at 318-572-1772. We are currently located in Bossier, City, Louisiana, USA.
Payments Accepted:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks, Money Orders and Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to place an order.
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
In addition to shipping charges Louisiana residents must add a 8.25% Sales Tax.
Personal Checks or Money Orders:
We are now accepting personal checks and money orders. Orders will not be processed or shipped until the check has cleared our account. Most checks clear between 3 and 5 business days. Post dated checks will not be accepted. All return checks are subject to a $25.00 return check fee.
Shipping and Handling:
We are now using USPS and UPS current shipping rates. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your ZIP or Postal Code and the Weight of your items purchased. This will allow our customers to decide which carrier service they would like to use. Please keep in mind that since most items are custom made, you'll need to allow for our inhouse production time, in addition to the actual shipping time. Our current production time can be found throughout our site at the top of each page.
For Local Pickup, please contact us before placing your order online or we can refund your shipping once your order is picked up.
We offer FREE Shipping on all U.S. Continential orders that are placed with a dollar amount over $100.00. This does not include the shipping amount. You must use USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or UPS Ground. Shipping charges will apply for all Overnight and Express Deliveries. Free Shipping is not offered for International Orders of any kind.
International Shipping:
We are now using USPS and UPS current shipping rates. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout based on your Country, Zip or Postal Code and the Weight of your items purchased. Please keep in mind that since most items are custom made, you'll need to allow for our inhouse production time, in addition to the actual shipping time. Free Shipping is not offered for International Orders of any kind. All International Duties and Fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser ONLY!
Delivery Time:
Please keep in mind that since most items are custom made, you'll need to allow for our inhouse production time, in addition to the actual shipping time. Our current production time can be found throughout our site at the top of each page. If there is a delay in our processing time you will be notified.
Rush Order Fees: (Effective 6/15/09)
Due to the increase of RUSH ORDERS and last minute requests, Katelyn's Kreations will now be charging a $10.00 RUSH order FEE. All orders are processed in the order that they are received unless a future date is noted or requested by the customer. (Future dates are dates that our outside of our current processing time.) All Fees must be paid before the order is processed. Customers may be invoiced seperately upon request or call in with another form of payment. Thank you for your understanding!
Refunds/Exchanges:
All Personalized and Embroidered items are custom orders so please keep in mind that we can not accept returns. Please make sure you check your spelling carefully before placing your order and measure your child for proper fit. All Sales are Final. No exchanges or refunds will be given. If we should have any questions regarding your order we'll gladly contact you. Some returns are subject to approval and are only for item defects which must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of merchandise.
If a item is personalized with the incorrect spelling based on the information given by the customer. The customer must repurchase the item at full price before it will be corrected. If the incorrect spelling is due to an error on our part it will be corrected at no extra cost to you. You must agree to these terms during checkout.
Wholesale Inquires:
We truly appreciate all the wholesale inquires that we receive on a regular basis. However, we do not have a wholesale program in place for our products at this time. As a mother of Toddler Twins and a Great Business to run, I just can't find the extra time to support wholesale accounts. We apologize and hope to work towards wholesale in the Future. Thank you for thinking of us.
Gift Certificates:
We have several amounts to choose from. All Gift Certificates are good up to 12 months from the time of purchase. Each Gift Certificate can be mailed or e-mailed to you to give as a gift. Or we can mail it directly to the receipent, whichever you choose. Please let us know during checkout.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused amounts. Full face value must be used at the time of purchase and not at a later date. They must be used by the recipient's name that was given during purchase.
Gift Wrapping:
We are currently updating and adding to our Gift Wrapping selections. Please check back often as we build up our inventory. Our Gift Wrapping will include a wrapped box, tissue paper, matching bow and card with your personal message.

Here at Katelyn's Kreations we guarantee that each personalized item will be carefully planned and stitched as if it were our own. We put every attention and focus on detail. Before placing your order please make sure you check your spelling carefully. If we should have any questions regarding your order we'll gladly contact you.
